General Instructions: For new and existing patients

• Please send a request for an online Tele-guidance service to Kids Physio by call on this number +919372622418 between 4.00 pm - 8.30 pm (Monday - Saturday) OR WhatsApp (Anytime). After you send the request, kindly await your appointment time.

• You will be informed of your appointment timings, the fees, mode of payment for the tele-guidance, on the call while scheduling the appointment. Duration of meeting: Existing patients- 30-45 minutes; New patients- up to 60 minutes

• The consultation will be done through WhatsApp video call or Zoom tele-conferencing App. You are required to download the Zoom app from the link below on your device: https://zoom.us/download (Click Download under ‘Zoom client for meetings’ section)

• Ensure good camera, stable internet connection for participating in the tele-guidance online clinic.

With confirmation of your appointment, a Meeting ID and unique password to join tele-guidance will be provided to you. The instructions to join the meeting will be shared with you. You will also receive a disclaimer and a consent document with the meeting link. By joining the meeting, you imply that you have read the disclaimer and the consent. Both documents are in Hindi and English.

Please Note- New patients and existing patients:

• This service will only be available by strict prior appointment

• Privacy of the patients will be strictly maintained.

• We will not be asking you to undress the child in front of the camera or show any body parts on camera that you are uncomfortable with.

• The consultation may be recorded for educational purposes. However, in the event of academic case discussions and such use in no way will be identity of the child, parents, family or referring doctor be compromised

• आपको टेली गाइडेंस सुविधा के लिए अपॉइंटमेंट का समय फ़ोन पर सुचित किया जायेगा. उस समय ही आपको शुल्कों, भुगतान के तरीके के बारे में सूचित कर दिया जाएगा. ऑनलाइन मीटिंग की अवधि: मौजूदा/पुराने पेशेंट्स-३० -४५ मिनट, नये पेशेंट्स: करीबन ६० मिनट तक
• टेली-गाइडेंस सुविधा व्हॉट्स ऍप वीडियो कॉल या ZOOM App (ज़ूम एप) के माध्यम से प्रदान की जायेगी. हमसे ऑनलाइन मिलने के लिए कृपया ZOOM App) https://zoom.us/download इस लिंक से डाउनलोड करें.
• टेली गाइडेंस सुविधा की अपॉइंटमेंट के साथ आपको मीटिंग ID नंबर और पासवर्ड, मीटिंग में हिस्सा लेने की विधि (सूचना), और अनुमति-पत्र हमारी ओर से प्राप्त होगा. टेली गाइडेंस के लिए मौजूद रहना ये निश्चित करेगा कि आपने अनुमति पत्र और उसमें दिए नियम को समझा है और स्वीकार किया है.

• ये सेवा सिर्फ और सिर्फ पूर्वनिश्चित अपॉइंटमेंट द्वारा प्रदान की जायेगी.
• मरीज़ और उनके परिवार के साथ की गयी इस टेली गाइडेंस मीटिंग को पूर्णरूप से गोपनीय रखा जाएगा.
• हम आपको कैमरे के सामने बच्चे के कपडे उतारने के लिए अथवा शरीर के किसी भी हिस्से को दिखाने के लिए नहीं कहेंगे जिसमे आप शर्मिंदगी महसूस करें.
• ये टेली गाइडेंस मीटिंग शैक्षिक उद्देश्य से रिकॉर्ड की जायेगी. हालाँकि, ऐसे शैक्षणिक मामले की चर्चा या इस रिकॉर्डिंग के किसी भी ऐसे उपयोग के अवसर में बच्चे (पेशेंट), परिवार की पहचान की गोपनीयता के साथ समझौता नहीं किया जाएगा.
